Stage 2 HSIE - Caring for Environments, Bouddi National Park
About this excursion
Join us for a fascinating day out at Bouddi National Park, where we will explore the importance of conserving this spectacular place. During the day, students will explore Bouddi National Park’s beautiful diverse landscapes. Students will use geographical information to build an understanding of the environment, discuss its history, and observe how the National Park is used by different people and discuss why the area should be protected.
Learning Intentions and Success Criteria
We are learning to:
- use geographical information to build understanding of an environment
We can:
- locate and compare the features of an environment using maps
- describe conservation and sustainability practices used in this area.
- We can explain the importance of this place in reference to the Aboriginal Peoples’
